Hello. I hope you guys are doing awesome. I’ve been doing great…you know, enjoying being 40 and all ?. I’m so excited to talk about my outfit collaboration with ModCloth, and to share how I styled out this cute navy floral romper that I received from them.
Honestly, I haven’t worn a romper or jumpsuit since I was in elementary school. I see them all over the blogosphere and they are almost always cute, sexy, and youthful, I just always figured them to be hugely inconvenient when having to go to the ladies’ room. But the truth is, there’s really nothing to it (just takes a few extra seconds). So if I’m not at the bar chugging pints of beer and having to pee every 10 minutes, then a romper works out just fine for me. A whole new world of cute outfits just opened up for me.
The navy floral romper that I chose is so pretty and feminine, and the sleeves have this really cute ruffle detail. I wanted to add a little bit of an edge to the entire look so I decided to layer up with an army vest (also provided by ModCloth) and camo belt.
I’m wearing the navy floral romper in size XS, but selected the army vest in size XXS. I wanted the vest to be a more fitted layer, and it worked out perfectly. I love how ModCloth offers a full range of sizes (XXS to 4XL), compared to most other retailers. It’s so rare to see pieces offered in size XXS, and even rarer when the pieces fit true to size and can accommodate all of our beautiful body shapes and sizes.
ModCloth wasn’t a brand or site that I was too familiar with, but after spending a lot more time browsing their web, I can see it being a go-to for vintage-inspired dresses for all occasions, work tops, and swimsuits. So fun to mix and match their colorful pieces and pretty patterns.
Huge thanks to ModCloth for sponsoring this post!

Haha!! Ladies room struggle is the main thing why I dont have many rompers in my closet. Otherwise, I love them so much, they are cute. I love this romper on you, so pretty on you

I have always said rompers are hugely inconvenient especially if you are going to a public place. You basically have to strip down to your undies to go to the bathroom, lol. I must confess though they are really cute and I love how you edged your’s up with the vest.

Dear Jenni,
Love the way how you paired this cool navy jumpsuite with the military vest. I love edgy looks and contrasts which surprisingly go good together – just as your outfit. Love also your boots and bag. These two accessories underline perfect your fresh young look. Keep it up dear Jen! Martina
