NEW CAMERA: OLIVE, LACE, AND BLACK DENIM

Hello!

Excited to share the first set of photos from shooting with my new camera. I have been taking all of my own photos with an iPhone 6S and tripod, but now I’m taking them with a Canon EOS Rebel T6i Digital SLR camera and tripod. It’s a beautiful and easy-to-use camera, especially for someone with limited photography knowledge like me.

The sunny weather was perfect for experimenting with the new gadget. I threw on my new green and lace crop top and jean shorts and went for it. Even a beginner like me knows to use ISO 100 under these conditions haha.

Still figuring out angles and distance when using a f/1.8 50 mm lens. Do my legs look short, are these overexposed, should I be concentrating on bokeh…

These are my favorite new sunnies by Quay Australia. I especially like them because they have nose clips. Because I have a small nose and Asian features, glasses without nose clips never fit or stay on my face. So yay for nose clips.
