I’m transitioning into Fall with another piece from Make Me Chic. I chose this dark green challis dress because I love the colors and I like that it is long-sleeved.
The weather is still pretty warm in LA, so I also like the short length of the skirt.
The hem goes up at the thigh, kind of like a shirt dress.
The top part of the dress fit a bit loose on me. It would probably be just right for ladies with bigger chests or more muscular upper bodies. Not sure if you can see it, but there’s a tie-belt too, which helped cinch the material at the waist for a more flattering fit.
Love when dresses come with lining, especially affordable, fast-fashionwear!

The dress is lovely! I brought a similar shirt dress with a tie in, and I was really pleased to see it had a slip with it too 🙂 I tried to do some fashion photos the other day too, and it is so hard! xx
