Hey, all! Just checking in with another casual outfit.
I’ve never been much of a vest wearer, but when I saw this one in army (my fave) at Nordstrom Rack last weekend, I thought I had to give it a try. I soon found that vests are quite perfect for those transitional days when you can’t quite figure out whether it’s warm or cool out.
I particularly like how the large collar creates a mellow draped look.
I decided to break away from my usual pairings of army with black or burgundy, and went for blue instead.
Prada double-zip tote in Bluette. The medium size is easier for everyday carry than the large size, which can be seen on me here.
This striped top is years old, but I’ve hung on to it because I love the peephole, open-back design. Yet another piece that’s perfect for indeterminable winter(?) or spring(?) weather.
Sure, it’s shorts weather as long as you throw on some ribbed tights and knee-high boots.
Frye boots can be worn forever, but that’s no fun if you like new boots every season. These Dorados have lasted me years.
